30-day guarantee

E-Commerce Update offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for WPML Smart Translate. If the addon does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund of your annual license within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

• go to paddle.net and provide the email used for the purchase or your order number; or
• email suporte@wpmladdon.com and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Processing time

Once approved, Paddle refunds the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase. The credit typically appears within 10 business days, depending on your bank's or card issuer's timeline.

Effect on your license

Once the refund is completed, the corresponding license key is deactivated and the addon stops receiving translations and updates on that site.

Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel your annual renewal at any time through the Paddle portal; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. Refund requests made outside the 30-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, together with Paddle, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.

Third-party costs

Usage of AI APIs contracted directly by you (Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, DeepInfra) is billed by the respective providers and is not part of the refundable license amount.
